As Creative Producer, Aidan acts as the medium between our clients and creative talent. Between his time as a talent manager and obtaining his MBA, Aidan has a unique ability to tie together corporate goals and creative output.

Aidan uses this perspective to ensure the music for your project is delivered on time, has outstanding quality, and furthers your overall business goals.

Founder/CEO

Nick spent the last 3 years running the music department of a top social media ad agency where he produced and licensed music for brands like E.L.F. Cosmetics, Target, Netflix, Campbells, and Hasbro, to name a few.

Prior to that, Nick worked with a music startup to give independent artists music licensing opportunities, and spent a decade at agencies working on brands such as Apple, Volkswagen, Bacardi, Pepsi, and Google.

Nick is a veteran of the advertising industry who has experience operating on every side of the business.

James Lambros

Head of Sound

James Lambros a.k.a. Jimmy Lit is a music producer, composer, and engineer based in New York City.

As Head of Sound, James ensures the sonic quality of all our work including all custom compositions, approving tracks for our one-stop library, and music supervision licenses and recommendations. He also acts as HIPS’ in-house engineer and composer.

His scoring and sync work has been purchased and/or licensed by Nike, Vice, Viacom, Amazon, TikTok, and more for use in commercials, podcasts, shows, and films.
